Hole of Sneith

 

The waterfall at the Hole of Sneith is thirty feet in height, dropping into a rocky gorge. James Ure of Shirgarton is said to have used the waterfall location as a hideout whilst there was a price of £100 on his head.

The Hole of Sneith is a waterfall on the Boquhan Burn, south of Kippen. Access is made across a field from the minor road past Auldhall farm.
